INFORMATION SYSTEM PEREARST2
 
Information system PEREARST2 in meant to simplify the everyday work of family doctors, out patients hospitals and other medical establishments. PEREARST2 is a new and improved version of the program PEREARST. As from January 2005, 99% of our information system clients use the new version.
 
The information system relieves the stressful work of doctors, guarantees the timeliness and rightness of information, preserves data precisely and systematically, enables easy access to info for report purposes and guarantees the safety of data.
  
The information system works on personal computers using operation systems WINDOWS 98, NT, XP or 2000. Minimum requirements for the computer: Pentium 233 128 RAM, 500 MB harddrive space, an Internet connection, Internet Explorer v. 6.0 browser, CD-ROM RW device. It uses SQL-database MSDE2000 and programming language Delphi. The connection to a server happens using the TCP/IP protocol. The same protocol is used in the Internet.
 
The information system is based on modularity
   
Base-package 
  • Patient register – enables entering and correcting personal data of patients
  • Digital healthcard – enables the entering of a patient’s medical record data, composing and entering inquries and procedures, monitoring and complementing price-lists, filling certificates concerning laboratory researches, filling vaccinetables, entering information concerning the development of infants, composing and printing bills, transmittal letters and health certificates.
  • Registration – enables the registering of patients to doctor’s reception and homevisits
  • Cash settlements with patients
  • Prescriptions – enables making and printing of prescriptions, beneficial prescriptions and prescriptions for narcotic substanses, transmitting prescriptions to drugstore digitally (digital prescription)
  • Account of medical services – enables the compiling of Health Insurance Fund’s medical bills and incapacity for work records, executing settlements with departments of the Health Insurance Fund and other payers.
  • Medical statistics (yearly, quarterly, diagnosis and price-list reports; statistics on prescriptions and patients)
  • Reports based on  the patient register and medical bills
  • Communication with Health Insurance Fund and insurance control
  • Data exchange with laboratories (ordering analysis and getting results) 
  • Primary installation and primary program training
  • 1 copy of a manual
Each medical establishment / family doctor has a chance to compile a personal information system from the existing sub-systems. Each user has a password for access to using the data (and doing other necessary actions).

PEREARTS2/ERIARST information system presumes the existence of the support and maintenance contract which guarantees:
