 Medisoft was founded in 1992 in Tallinn by Estonian shareholders and has remained in the ownership of Estonian persons.

Medisoft is one of the largest suppliers of software development and related ITC services in the field of social insurance and healthcare in Estonia and Baltic States.

Main areas of activity of Medisoft are system analysis, design and development of information systems, system integration, consulting, end-user training and technical support.

Medisoft provides a full range of software related services – analyses and development of information systems and their implementation, consulting, educating and training of customers and end-users, technical support and maintenance, distribution of software licenses.

Medisoft possesses full infrastructure to provide to its customers versatile high-level technical on-site support to installed and implemented applications and all kinds of after-sales and implementation services.

Medisoft has over 12 years of experience in designing and developing large information systems and registers backed up with support, service, training and help-desk facilities. Our advantages lie in knowledge of medical and social insurance fields of operation, wide usage of network technology and good experience in developing large scale mission critical information systems.

Medisoft has been IBM Business Partner since 1996 providing following services:

   *  Sales and distribution policies of RS/6000 and pSeries hardware, technical support and installation

   *   Value added sales of PC-s and servers based on Intel technology


Medisoft has developed and introduced its own quality management system which comprises to ISO 9001:2000 and is certified as such by Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance Ltd in 2002. Our policy is to operate structured procedures which guarantee reliable and high level customer service. Medisoft has completed over 50 successful enterprise level projects.
